Tessa Vroom (they/she): Sound Designer

Tessa has been fabricating sounds for various Rusty Quill podcasts since August of 2019. From the deep undersea lair to the highest clock tower in Rusty Quill Gaming to the creepy wooden dolls of Heinrich’s workshop in The Magnus Protocol, Tessa’s favorite sorts of sounds are the ones that at first seem impossible to make. A giant dead whale falling against a glass tunnel and crushing it, water rushing in? Dope. A whip that summons wolves? Awesome. A giant rubber/flesh abomination named Bonzo? Nightmare fuel!

When Tessa isn’t sound designing, they fill their time with writing, reading, walking their dog, and playing lots and lots of tabletop games with friends. They also love spending every spare second with their hot firefighter wife, Delaney.
