Tickets to this event are £35 each, and include a first look at the first episode of The Magnus Protocol S2, plus a Question and Answer session with the cast of The Magnus Protocol. Merchandise will be available for purchase. Please note, this event will be for those aged 18+ only.

The pavement is flush with the main entrance door of all areas. There is a sloped entrance into the venue.

Food & Drink

Isit Kitchen provide BBQ/smokehouse inspired food. GRUB is also just down the road, and provides a food market with vegan options.

There are various drinks options, including a bar in the main venue area and locally brewed beer!

Can I cosplay?

Yes, but we kindly ask that you don’t bring any large props, fake weapons or costume items that could block fellow participant’s view during the show.

Will there be signing opportunities?

Due to the number of attendees this time around, there will not be a signing session. If you have gifts for the RQ crew, you are welcome to pass these on to the crew at the merchandise stall however!

Can I attend with a parent if I’m under 18?

Sorry, unfortunately not. This event is strictly 18+

Why is the event 18+?

The venue has an 18+ only policy that we have to follow.

Do I need ID?

Yes, please bring ID, we will be checking on the door.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket it is assumed that you have read and agreed with the Ts&Cs and the Code of Conduct. Any breaches may result in refusal of entry or ejection from the venue.

Refunds & Cancellations:

- No refunds unless the event is cancelled or changed.

- In the unlikely instance the event is postponed you will receive tickets for the postponed date

- If you are unable to attend the event after purchasing a ticket, you may transfer your ticket to somebody else. Please email events@rustyquill.com to confirm the change in details.

Attendance:

- Only ticket holders will be granted access to this event and the venue it is being held in.

- Tickets will only be available online, there will be no walk-in tickets available.

- Anyone who attends on the day without a ticket will be turned away

- Anyone who is late to the start of the screening may be refused entry. To avoid disappointment please plan to arrive at least half an hour before the start of the screening.

Age Limits:

-  You must be 18 or over to attend this event. You may be asked for ID at the door, please be able to provide legal photographic identification.

Other:

- By purchasing a ticket you agree that you may be recorded for PR purposes

- Taking videos or recording the screen is strictly prohibited. You may be ejected from the venue if we discover any unauthorised recordings being made.

- You will be viewing an early screening of The Magnus Protocol. We ask that you do not spoil the series in any way to other fans on the internet after you have seen it.

- We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject for any breach or perceived breach in Ts&Cs and Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct

Please do:

• Be mindful of your surroundings and ensuring your safety and the safety of those around you at all times

Prohibitive Behaviour:

• DO NOT encourage, commit or solicit any unlawful act, including but not limited to theft, trespassing or defacing property
• DO NOT record, livestream, or otherwise broadcast the preview you are watching.
• DO NOT behave in a manner that shames, degrades, discriminates, or harasses anyone. This includes but is not limited to targeting individuals based off of their race, gender, religion, caste, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, nationality, immigration status, medical condition, veteran status, or disability.
• DO NOT act in a violent manner or threaten violence to anyone. Rusty Quill is required to report verified instances to Law enforcement.
• DO NOT carry real or imitation weapons, including firearms and accessories, explosives, knives, or any other tool that may cause serious bodily harm or death when attending this event.
• DO NOT use or carry illicit drugs or other illegal substances when attending this event.
• DO NOT make nonconsensual physical contact with anyone when attending this event..
• DO NOT engage in sexual activity including but not limited to sexualised jokes, touching, and sexual advances when attending this event.
• DO NOT Act in a way that may make others around you feel unsafe when attending this event.
