Operations Update


Hi folks,

Back in July, we announced that we would be undertaking a wide-ranging look at our Operations, the findings from which would be published. I am pleased to say that we are releasing that Operations Update today, to give our community a peek behind the curtain at what we have been working hard to prepare over the past few months.

We have some really promising projects in the pipeline, and have dedicated time and resources to reflect on, develop and improve our practices during the pandemic, efforts which we hope will pay off as we look to the future.

In this update we concentrate on:

  • Transparency of our operations
  • People and employment
  • Looking at our show content and commissioning practices
  • Our social responsibility plans
