Dominus

Dominus is a full-cast Catholic horror podcast in which three Catholic priests, trapped in a remote Ontario mansion by a strange blizzard, must find a way to exorcise a demon before it escapes into the world.

Unfortunately for them, the demon is a true believer and therefore inoculated against Catholicism.

Father Olu has been a parish priest for most of his life, but with just a single confession, he’s lost sight of his faith. That’s when he meets Father Jonas, a younger activist priest from the Philippines who disdains the Church, yet seems entirely certain of his role as shepherd. 

The two, alongside Father Frederick, a dogmatic traditionalist, are asked to visit the young daughter of a rich British man, whose uncle begs for men of the cloth to bless her while she’s ill.

Dominus is from the award-winning creator of Hi Nay and is inspired by The Exorcist and Conclave films, as well as Catholic horror media and the lived experience of Catholicism in the global south.

Dominus is partly funded by the city of Toronto under the Toronto Arts Council (TAC). The pilot episode of Dominus will be coming out on the 1st March 2026, along with a crowdfund to raise support for future episodes of Dominus.
